Problems solved by technology

2) How to fix the catheter safely and effectively
3) If the running depth of the conduit is too shallow, it may cause accidents such as casing string subsidence and instability; if the running depth is too large, it will cause economic waste
[0005] Although the relevant foreign literature has proposed the stability problem of the wellhead, but has not established a theoretical analysis method for this problem
At the same time, since the dynamic response of marine environmental loads to the riser directly acts on the underwater wellhead and the casing string below it, it is necessary to study the influence of dynamic factors on the wellhead stability, and there is no relevant literature report on this aspect

Embodiment 1

[0032] Embodiment 1: The horizontal sliding member 4 is sleeved on the portal beam 2, and the base of the vertical auxiliary actuator 5 is connected to the lower plate 13 of the horizontal sliding member 4, thereby fixing the vertical auxiliary actuator 5 on the horizontal sliding member 4 up (see figure 2 ).

Embodiment 2

[0033] Embodiment 2: The installation relationship between the horizontal sliding member 4 and the vertical assist 5 and the beam 2 is: the base of the vertical assist 5 serves as the upper plate 12 of the horizontal sliding member 4, and the vertical assist 5 penetrates Cross the beam 2 and the lower plate 13 of the horizontal sliding member to fix the vertical assist 5 on the horizontal sliding member 4 (see image 3 ).

[0034] The above-mentioned horizontal assistant 5 and vertical assistant 6 are both hydraulic cylinders and are controlled by a hydraulic servo control system (not shown in the figure).

Abstract

The invention discloses an underwater wellhead system load test device and a test method thereof. A portal frame is arranged above a foundation pit, a horizontal slider is mounted on a crossbeam of the portal frame, a vertical motion aid is mounted on the horizontal slider, and a horizontal motion aid is mounted on one side of the horizontal slider. A simulated underwater wellhead guide pipe pile is arranged in the foundation pit, and a simulated wellhead system is fixed in the portal frame through the guide pipe pile. The top end of a marine riser of the simulated wellhead system is hinged to the bottom end of the vertical motion aid, and the bottom of the marine riser is spherically hinged to a blowout preventer of the simulated wellhead system. Circulating load of drifting of a drilling ship or platform, movement of the marine riser and the like and tensile force of the marine riser under the action of load of marine environment can be simulated by the test device, and the rule of influences of various factors on stability of an underwater wellhead and bearing capacity of guide pipes and sensitivity are revealed.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a simulation test device, in particular to a test device that simulates the stability of an underwater wellhead system for deep-water drilling. Background technique [0002] 90% of the undiscovered offshore oil and gas reserves in the world are lurking in the stratum with a water depth of more than 1000m, so the level of deepwater drilling technology is related to the pace of deep-sea oil and gas exploration and development. For marine deepwater drilling engineering, drilling environment conditions become more complicated with the increase of water depth, and technical problems that are difficult to overcome by conventional drilling engineering are prone to occur. Therefore, the development of deepwater drilling technology is an important factor affecting future oil development. [0003] At present, the underwater wellhead system used in deepwater drilling is generally composed of drilling riser, blowout preventer and wellhead. The fo...
