The passivating treatment control unit circuit comprises a passivating main circuit, a voltage detecting circuit, and a comparing and driving circuit, wherein the passivating main circuit comprises control channels of which the number is the same as that of single storage batteries in a storage battery group; each control channel is composed of a magnetic latching relay, a switch triode and an energy dissipating resistor which are connected in series, and is used for controlling a passivating switch of the single storage battery; the voltage detecting circuit detects voltage of each single battery in the storage battery group and sends the result to the comparing and driving circuit; the comparing and driving circuit compares the detection voltage of each single battery with a passivating cut-off voltage respectively, when the detection voltage of any single storage battery is lower than the passivating cut-off voltage, generates a driving signal and sends the driving signal to the switch triode of the corresponding control channel for switch on or switch off control.
