[0014] 1 Materials and methods

[0015] Drugs: Ornidazole is a product of Xi’an Bohua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and tinidazole is provided by Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical.

[0016] Animals: Kunming mice, male, weighing 18 g, provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Jilin University.

[0017] Experimental strains: Bacteroides fragilis is a clinically isolated pathogenic strain, which was re-identified before the experiment.

[0018] Infection animal protection experiment: the mice were divided into 13 groups by balanced grouping (6 groups injected with ornidazole, 6 groups injected with tinidazole, 1 group of blank control group), 20 mice in each group. Each mouse was injected intraperitoneally with 8×108 CFU of Bacteroides fragilis to infect the mice. Six hours after infection, two groups of mice in the six groups were injected with ornidazole and tinidazole respectively in the tail vein, and one group of blank control group was injected with equal volume of saline. Cont...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting the curative effect of ornidazole for resisting against bacteroides fragilis infection. The method comprises the following steps: dividing mice into 13 groups evenly, 20 mice in each group; injecting 8*108CFU of bacteroides fragilis into the abdominal cavity of each mouse to infect the mouse, after infecting the mouse for 6 hours, injecting ornidazole into caudal veins of six groups of mice, injecting tinidazole into caudal veins of the other six groups of mice and injecting the equal quantity of saline into the rest group and using the rest group as a blank control group; and continuously observing the mice for seven days, recording the animal mortality and carrying out data processing. According to the method, analysis shows that the curative effect of ornidazole for resisting against bacteroides fragilis infection is equivalent to that of tinidazole, and then possibility is provided for replace tinidazole with ornidazole as a new drug for resisting anaerobes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the medical field, in particular to a method for detecting the curative effect of ornidazole against Bacteroides fragilis infection. Background technique [0002] Anaerobic bacteria are the normal flora of the body. But under certain conditions, it can also cause disease. In clinical anaerobic infections, Bacteroides accounted for more than 1 / 3, and Bacteroides fragilis accounted for more than 1 / 2 of Bacteroides. Therefore, studying the mechanism of anaerobic infection has important clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of anaerobic infection. [0003] At present, the commonly used anti-anaerobic drugs in clinic are metronidazole and tinidazole. Metronidazole, as the first choice drug for the treatment of anaerobic infection earlier, has achieved good clinical results. However, with the passage of time, some anaerobic bacteria are increasingly resistant to metronidazole, and the drug takes a long time and ha...
