The device comprises a laser therapeutic instrument and a surgical probe, wherein a laser beam emitted from the laser therapeutic instrument focuses on a cutting end of the surgical probe; a smoke suction/exhaust connecter is provided on the intermediate portion of the surgical probe and is connected with a negative pressure air exhaust tube having a connection with a negative pressure system at the other end, so that smoke generated by a surgical probe cutting can escape through the negative pressure air exhaust tube under a negative pressure suction effect of the negative pressure system.
