Embodiment Construction

[0014] A. Take 500g of konjac glucomannan with a purity of 99% and 100g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, add it to 20L of water, control the temperature at 35°C to 40°C, and stir for 30min to make it fully gelatinized;

[0015] B. Add 2kg of acrylic acid, 1kg of sodium hydroxide, 1g of sodium persulfate, and 2002g of polyethylene glycol to the product of step A), adjust the temperature to 55°C, react for 2h, and dry the reaction product with microwaves;

[0016] C. Grind the dried sample in step B) and sieve it with 20 and 40 mesh sieves, take 20 to 40 mesh particles, weigh 200g, add to 5L oxalic acid solution, the oxalic acid solution pH=5. Preheat in a water bath at 50-60°C for 5 minutes, add 2g of dextranase, enzymatically hydrolyze for 1 hour, boil at 100°C for 10 minutes to inactivate the enzyme, filter the obtained product and dry it with microwaves to obtain a museum environmental humidity control agent.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a museum environmental-protection humidifying agent, which adopts the following steps of A) adding konjac glucomannan and sodium carboxymethylcellulose in water to be blended and gelatinized; B) adding products of the step A) in crylic acid, sodium hydroxide, initiator and a cross-linking agent, adjusting the temperature to be at 55DEG C to 60 DEG C to react for 1-2h, and stoving the reaction products by using microwaves; and C) grinding stoved sample in the step B), sieving by using a 20-mesh sieve and a 40-mesh sieve, obtaining 20-40 mesh particles to add in buffered solution with the pH of 4-6, preheating for 5-10min in a water bath at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C, adding glucanase in certain proportion, conducting enzymolysis for 0.5-2h, boiling for 10min at the temperature of 100 DEG C for oxyreductase, conducting suction filtration on obtained products, and conducting microwave drying to obtain the museum environmental-protection humidifying agent. Dosage of the buffered solution is 20-30 times of that of the sample, and the dosage of glucanase is 0.5-2% of that of the sample. The preparation method is rapid in product humidity response, big in humidity ratio, simple in manufacture cost and convenient to manufacture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of humidity control materials, in particular to a preparation method of an environment-friendly humidity control agent for museums. Background technique [0002] Cultural relics are relics and relics left by human beings in the process of historical development. All kinds of cultural relics reflect from different aspects the social activities, social relations, and ideological relics of human beings in various historical periods, using nature, transforming nature, and the status of the ecological environment at that time. They are precious historical and cultural heritage of mankind. The protection, management and scientific research of cultural relics are of great significance for people to understand their own history and creative power, reveal the objective laws of human social development, and understand and promote the development of contemporary and future societies. Therefore, how to control the coll...
