Problems solved by technology

Because the yarn before entering the size tank contains impurities such as oil, it is difficult for the yarn to be wetted by the size, which leads to the unsatisfactory adhesion between the fiber and the size, which makes the strength, wear resistance and hairiness of the yarn sticking effect are not good

Embodiment 1

[0020] Sizing: Take oxidized starch, PVA1799, acrylic acid and wax flakes to form a slurry with a solid content of 6%, and sizing the 32s polyester-cotton yarn.

[0021] Preparation:

[0022] (1) Pour the adjusted size into the size tank, and the yarn will directly enter the size tank after being unwound from the warp beam;

[0023] (2) The slurry tank is a groove with 4 ultrasonic vibration points at the bottom, and there is a connection hole on one side of the groove to connect with an ultrasonic generator through a line. Turn on the ultrasonic generator, and the ultrasonic vibration will start to be generated in the size tank; the frequency of the ultrasonic wave is 40kHz, and the temperature of the size tank is stable at 55°C during the sizing process.

[0024] (3) The yarn first passes through the immersion roller, and then is squeezed by the calender roller. The whole sizing process adopts the "double dipping and double pressing" method;

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for starching by utilizing ultrasonic waves. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) pouring starch into a starch tank, unreeling yarns from a warp beam, immersing the yarns in the starch tank directly, and opening an ultrasonic generator, so that ultrasonic oscillation is generated in the starch tank, wherein the bottom of the starch tank contains a plurality of ultrasonic oscillation points, and connecting holes arranged on one edge of a groove are connected with the ultrasonic generator; (2) allowing the yarns in the step (1) to pass through an immersion roller, and extruding by using a roll compacting roller, wherein a 'double-immersion and double-compression' mode is adopted in the integral sizing process; and finally, drying the obtain yarns. According to the method, the temperature of the starch tank is stabilized to 55 DEG C in the starching process, so that energy consumption is reduced, and low-temperature starching is realized; the starched yarns are stable in quality, and the starching rate is improved, so that the strength of the starched yarns is improved, and hairy feather is reduced obviously; and the wear-resisting property is improved, and the starch is high in penetrability and coverage in the yarns by the high moistening of fibers and the starch.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of sizing methods, in particular to a sizing method utilizing ultrasonic waves. Background technique [0002] Sizing is the key to the preparation process, and the quality of the sizing process has a very significant impact on weaving efficiency and product quality. The purpose of warp sizing is wear resistance and hairiness. The research on sizing method and sizing process has a long history. The traditional sizing method is that the warp yarn is unwound from the warp beam and then directly enters the sizing device of the sizing machine. Submerged roll, a part of the size is attached to the surface of the yarn, and then squeezed by a pair of calender rolls, and the other part of the size penetrates into the inside of the yarn. Because the yarn before entering the size tank contains impurities such as oil, it is difficult for the yarn to be wetted by the size, which leads to the unsatisfactory adhesion between the f...
