A frictional or adhesive dual sample loading device comprises a high-precision small stepping motor, a lead screw, a lifting sliding block and a cantilever beam and further comprises a fine-adjustment bracket; the lifting sliding block is provided with a screw hole; the cantilever beam is provided with a frictional or adhesive dual sample; and the fine-adjustment bracket is arranged over the cantilever beam and provided with laser and a four-quadrant light spot position detector. Due to the cooperation of the laser and the four-quadrant light spot position detector, the frictional or adhesive force acted between the frictional or adhesive dual sample and the sample surface can be converted into the micro shifting of the light spot emitted into four-quadrant light spot position detector on the four quadrant so that the friction or adhesiveness of the sample can be tested through the light intensity difference of the four quadrant.
