The device comprises a pressing ring, a suction disc part, a chassis part and a connecting part, wherein the suction disc part is arranged between the pressing ring and the chassis part; the suction disc part comprises a suction disc, a pressure adjusting part arranged at the outer edge side of the suction disc, and a plurality of O-shaped suction disc rings arranged on the upper surface of the suction disc; the chassis part comprises a chassis and a plurality of O-shaped chassis rings arranged on the upper surface of the chassis; and the pressing ring and the chassis part are connected with the suction disc through the connecting part. The suction disc is provided with a plurality of suction holes and the lower surface of the suction disc is provided with a plurality of suction disc grooves; and the suction holes are communicated with the suction disc grooves. The fixing device has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, and is safe and reliable; the fixing device can utilizes a vacuum negative-pressure principle to tightly adsorb the non-metal flexible thin plate on the suction disc so that the non-metal flexible thin plate is fixed; and furthermore, the non-metal flexible thin plate has the corresponding precision requirements by utilizing a machine tool.
