Abstract
The invention discloses a food preservative which comprises the following components in part by weight: 20 to 30 parts of calcium propionate, 5 to 10 parts of starch, 10 to 20 parts of sorbic acid, 20 to 30 parts of lactic acid and 30 to 40 parts of sodium diacetate.
