Embodiment

[0053] See figure 1 , a construction method of brick-built long-span multiple arc-shaped arches, including using 6 shale porous bricks and shale solid bricks to build the outer wall and outer axillary wall of 240 mm × 115 mm × 53 mm, and using 8 sand aerated thermal insulation blocks to build Build 600mm×300mm×250mm outer wall and inner axillary wall, and fill the 30mm cavity with expanded vitrified microbeads 7. The large arc arch 1 with a span of 3100mm and the two small arc arches 3 and 4 with a span of 1500mm, that is, the first small arc arch 3 and the second arc arch 4 are arranged side by side to form a double small arc arch. The construction method of the large-span multiple arc-shaped arch consists of the following nine processes:

[0054] 1) Firing of ordinary shale porous bricks and wedge-shaped and polygonal shaped porous bricks

[0055] 2) Support small circular arch tire mold

[0056] 3) Discharge brick modulus

[0057] 4) Masonry the second small curved arc...

Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method of a bricked large-span multiple-arc-arch. The large-span multiple-arc-arch consists of a large arc arch with span being 3100mm arranged at the outer edge of a common facade wall body as well as a double-small-arc-arch, wherein the double-small-arc-arch is formed by two small arc arches whose spans are both 1500mm at the inner edge the common facade wall body. The construction method for constructing the large-span multiple-arc-arch comprises nine processes: 1) firing common shale perforated bricks and wedge-shaped and polygonal abnormal-shape perforated bricks; 2) erecting small circular arch moulding beds; 3) measuring the number of brick moulds; 4) constructing the second small arc arch; 5) cutting and machining the abnormal-shape bricks; 6) constructing the wall body; 7) constructing an arc concrete beam; 8) constructing a sand aerated inner haunch wall and filling expanded and vitrified small balls while constructing; and 9) pouring structural columns of the inner haunch wall. By the construction method, the difficulty that the bricked large-span multiple-arc-arch cannot be constructed by the traditional construction method is overcome; the bricked large-span multiple-arc-arch can bear axial pressure and has structural safety; and the service life of the bricked large-span multiple-arc-arch is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a construction method of a brick-built large-span arc-shaped arch, in particular to a construction method of a brick-built large-span double arc-shaped arch arranged on a colonnade of a building. Background technique [0002] The arch is a curved structure, which is a brick circle in a brick-concrete structure arc The lintel mainly bears axial pressure. [0003] Tianjin No. 4 Tai'an Road Courtyard project is the top international brand Ritz-Carlton Hotel and high-end commercial apartments, with 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of 99,000 square meters. The architectural style is British style, and it will be another landmark building in Tianjin British-style scenic spot after completion. The outer eaves wall of the project is a composite wall with a wall thickness of 450mm, of which the outer axillary wall of the outer wall (240mm×115mm×53mm) is made of shale porous bricks and ...
