Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction method of tremella water extract concentrate and an application of the concentrate in tobaccos. The method comprises the following steps of: a. after pre-processing tremella, drying the tremella at 30-80 DEG C and grinding the tremella to 40-100 meshes; b. soaking the tremella powder in 80-100% ethanol for 1-24 hours; c. extracting the tremella powder with water for 1-4 hours at 50-100 DEG C; and d. concentrating the filtrate obtained after filtration to a certain concentration, thus obtaining the tremella water extract concentrate. The extraction method has the following beneficial effects that the tremella water extract concentrate is used as feed liquid for tobaccos and is added to cut tobaccos in a proportion being 0.001-2.50% of the weight of the cut tobaccos, so when the cigarettes burn, the smoking quality of the cigarettes can be obviously improved, the aroma quantity is increased, the dry sensation is reduced and the taste is improved; meanwhile, the tremella water extract concentrate has a certain moisture preserving function and can reduce the contents of such harmful components in the main stream smoke of the cigarettes as free radicals; and the tremella water extract concentrate does not change the original performances of the cigarettes or the existing processing techniques of the cigarettes, so the tremella water extract concentrate further has practical production significance and value.
