Abstract

The invention provides a method for realizing pork traceability. The method comprises a step of recording pig breeding information and storing in a database and is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps: in the breeding stage, enabling each pig to wear an RFID (radio frequency identification device) label, and in combination with a pig breeding quality management system, converting the information read from the RFID label into an application identifier barcode conforming to globally unique identifiers; and after slaughtering, attaching a duplicate RFID label to each divided part of the pork. In the invention, based on the current situation, a traceable system is inserted into the existing pig breeding production system and mainly established in the breeding base, slaughtering place, division factory and wholesale and retail process; and major links are connected in series one by one to form the traceable system. In case of a quality problem, the harm can be quickly and effectively eliminated, and the hidden danger in food safety is avoided.
