An air inlet of a shell of the air-watermeter cooler is connected with an air outlet of the data center, and an air outlet of the shell of the air-watermeter cooler is connected with an air inlet of the data center. A water outlet of a heat exchange tube of the air-watermeter cooler is connected with a water inlet of the shell of the heat exchanger of the cooling tower unit.
