Abstract

The invention relates to a solar blind type air inflation ultraviolet detector. The detector comprises a core column and a molybdenum component uviol glass bulb which is used for accommodating the core column and integrated with the core columnin a sealing mode, the core column comprises an anode, a cathode, an exhaust pipe, an anode fulcrum bar lead wire and a cathode fulcrum bar lead wire, the anode fulcrum bar lead wire and the cathode fulcrum bar lead wire are installed in the core column, one end of the anode fulcrum bar lead wire extends into the molybdenum component uviol glass bulb and connected with the anode, and one end of the cathode fulcrum bar lead wire extends into the molybdenum component uviol glass bulb and connected with a photoelectric cathode. The photoelectric cathode is in a semispherical shape, and the end of the anode fulcrum bar lead wire extending into the molybdenum component uviol glass bulb is bent to be curved so that the anode is manufactured. According to the solar blind type air inflation ultraviolet detector, the photoelectric cathode which is in the semispherical shape has a large contact area, and thereby the sensitivity is excellent. A manufacturing method of the solar blind type air inflation ultraviolet detector is further provided.
