Abstract

The invention provides dynamic reconfiguration system and method of secondary equipment of intelligent substation. The system comprises a management host machine and universal equipment for receiving the control instruction of the management host machine. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) enabling the management host machine to obtain an SCD (Security Coding Device) model of the intelligent substation and analyze the CID model of the universal equipment; (2) monitoring the operation and stop of the universal equipment in an online manner, and displaying the equipment connection state; (3) subscribing for equipment state variable, calling self-checking service at regular time and estimating the operation state of the equipment in an online manner; and (4) when the equipment has a fault, controlling the restart or stop of the failed equipment as well as the operation of standby equipment. The dynamic reconfiguration system and method of the secondary equipment of intelligent substation not only can be used for sensing the operation state of the secondary equipment, but also meets the self-treating and self-healing requirement of the secondary equipment; overhauling can be completed immediately when the secondary equipment fails so as to recover the operation; and simultaneously, the universal equipment can be used for reducing the complexity of the system and improving the reliability of the system.
