Abstract

The invention relates to a digital ink-jet ink applied to a cellulose fiber fabric, and provides an ink suitable for digital direct injection printing on a cellulose fiber fabric, and a preparation method thereof. The ink is composed of an activated dye, a surfactant, a wet-storage agent, a bacteriacide, a pH buffering agent and deionized water. The invention also provides an application process of applying the ink to digital direct injection printing, realizes a process of fixing color in a baking and drying process after the ink-jet printing, and simplifies process flows of conventional ink-jet printing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a digital direct-jet printing ink in the textile printing and dyeing industry, in particular to a digital ink-jet ink applied to cellulose fiber fabrics. Background technique [0002] In 1974, the Millican Company of the United States developed a printing device called Millitron, which used fixed nozzles for direct printing of blankets and carpets. Later, in the 1990s, digital inkjet printing technology tended to be practical, and it has developed rapidly in recent years. Digital inkjet printing transmits the pattern input made by the designer to the designated computer through digital input transmission. After editing and processing by the computer printing color separation and drawing system (CAD), the computer-specific software drives the chip to control the printing inkjet head to directly spray the special dye (pigment) ink onto various fabrics or textile products to form patterns. At present, the general digital inkjet ...
