The rubber foam comprises the following components of, by weight, 20-80 parts of hydroxyl-terminated nitrile rubber, 20-40 parts of isocyanate, 0.5-3 parts of catalytic agents, 0.5-3 parts of foam stabilizers, 5-10 parts of foaming agents, 2-10 parts of open-hole agents and 5-20 parts of expanded graphite. The hydroxyl-terminated nitrile rubber and the isocyanate are reacted under the existence of the foaming agents and the catalytic agents to prepare the nitrile rubber foam so as to obtain the rubber foam which is capable of absorbing the metal ions in sewage, so that problems are solved that water is required to be led in a column and a large amount of the sewage is difficult to treat when adsorbent resins perform dynamic absorption in prior art, resin absorption amount is small, and the metal ions are complicated in recycling and difficult to treat when the adsorbent resins perform static absorption.
