Abstract

The invention particularly discloses a full-stage power lithium battery equalization method and device based on the absolutely chargeable and dischargeable capacity. The equalization device comprises two parts, namely, a first part referring to an energy source switching device, and a second part referring to a charging device, wherein the first part provides a standard direct-current power supply voltage for the second part. The equalization method comprises the steps of: (1) collecting data of single batteries through a battery management system of each battery; (2) estimating the values of surplus capacity and full capacity of each single battery; (3) calculating value of the absolutely chargeable and dischargeable capacity of each single battery; (4) realizing charging equalization; and (5) realizing discharging equalization. Through the estimated battery voltage value in a charging stage and the estimated battery surplus capacity value in a discharging stage, the full-stage power lithium battery equalization method and device based on the absolutely chargeable and dischargeable capacity, disclosed by the invention, not only solve the problem that all batteries can not be fully charged in the charging stage, but also solve the problem that the discharge capability is insufficient due to low capacity of certain batteries in the discharging stage.
