The soil-core-wall rock-fill dam disclosed by the invention has the advantages that since the concrete burst-resistant wall is arranged in the downstream rock-fill material area, the burst resistance of a dam body can be greatly improved, and even though the flood is over the top or the dam top is opened to cause discharge of water in a reservoir due to the external-force factor, the whole burst of the dam also can not be caused due to the existence of the concrete burst-resistant wall.
