The left high pressure gas chamber is intermittently connected with the work gas inlet and the atmosphere channel through the electromagnetic valve, respectively. The middle valve body is provided with a gas inlet and a first gas outlet. The right valve body is provided with a second gas outlet and a right high pressure gas chamber. The middle valve body and the right valve body are provided with left and right stepped shaft valve cores which become thinner gradually from outside to inside. The small end faces of the left and right stepped shaft valve cores are contacted with a sealed sphere. The work gas inlet is communicated with the left and right high pressure gas chambers respectively through two channels. The high pressure gas entering from to the work gas inlet is normally open.
