Abstract

The invention discloses a scheduling information transmission method, user equipment and a base station. The method includes: generating random numbers corresponding to the user equipment according to preset rules; and when presence of the random numbers in pre-configured scheduling intervals is confirmed, subjecting control channels of the user equipment, in specific search space, to blind detection so as to obtain scheduling information of the user equipment. The user equipment comprises a generation module and a detection module. The base station comprises a generation module and a first transmitting module. Before detection or transmission of the control channels, whether the detection or transmission conditions are satisfied is determined, format of the control channels is determined and the position of the control channels is determined. Therefore, the times of blind detection of the control channels by the user equipment can be effectively reduced, electric quantity of the user equipment is reduced, energy consumption is lowered and user experience is improved further.
