Abstract

The invention provides a detection method of components and parts, so as to overcome the defects of lower precision and larger error of a traditional detection method. The detection method comprises the following steps that (1) three certified hardened steel balls with the same diameter are placed into a thread groove, the steel balls roll all the time along the direction of a helical line in the cross section of inner threads, when the steel balls roll to the highest point of the circumference, i.e. the position of a pitch diameter, a gage block is correctly used, so as to measure the thickness of the gage block, and the size of the pitch diameter of the threads is calculated through a measurement model; and (2) a workpiece is put in a position where a measuring head of a three-coordinate measuring machine can come into contact with a measured surface and a bottom surface, the workpiece is split along a rotation shaft, so as to construct a corresponding mathematical detection model which is adopted to construct a corresponding equation of a curved surface, and the distance between any point in a measuring area and the curved surface is calculated, so as to solve the processing error of the size. The detection method has the advantages of high detection precision, less error and low missing rate.
