Embodiment 1

[0024] Such as figure 1 As shown, in this embodiment, such as figure 1 As shown, the moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric includes a surface layer 1 and an inner layer 2. The inner layer 2 is woven on the inner surface of the surface layer 1. The surface layer 1 is composed of cotton fibers, viscose fibers and spandex fibers. The weight fraction of each fiber is 46%, 46% and 8%, the inner layer is composed of cotton fiber and viscose fiber, and the weight fraction of each fiber is 49% and 51% respectively.

[0025] In this embodiment, the above solution is also improved as follows: The thickness of the surface layer 1 is 0.22 mm, and the texture of the surface layer 1 is an interwoven braided structure, which optimizes the elasticity and strength of the thermal fabric.

[0026] The above-mentioned inner layer is composed of linear fleece 3, and the two ends of the fleece 3 are woven on the inner surface of the surface layer 1 to form a parabolic coil. The fleece 3 is fo...

Embodiment 2

[0028] In this example, if figure 1 As shown, the moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric includes a surface layer 1 and an inner layer 2. The inner layer 2 is woven on the inner surface of the surface layer 1. The surface layer 1 is composed of cotton fibers, viscose fibers and spandex fibers. The weight fraction of each fiber is 48%, 48% and 4%, the inner layer is composed of cotton fiber and viscose fiber, and the weight fraction of each fiber is 51% and 49% respectively.

[0029] In this embodiment, the above solution is also improved as follows: The thickness of the surface layer 1 is 0.18 mm, and the texture of the surface layer 1 is an interwoven braided structure, which optimizes the elasticity and strength of the thermal fabric.

[0030] The above-mentioned inner layer is composed of linear fleece 3, and the two ends of the fleece 3 are woven on the inner surface of the surface layer 1 to form a parabolic coil. The fleece 3 is formed by bundling cotton fibers and v...

Embodiment 3

[0032] In this example, if figure 1 As shown, the moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric includes a surface layer 1 and an inner layer 2. The inner layer 2 is woven on the inner surface of the surface layer 1. The surface layer 1 is composed of cotton fibers, viscose fibers and spandex fibers. The weight fraction of each fiber is 47%, 47% and 6%, the inner layer is composed of cotton fiber and viscose fiber, and the weight fraction of each fiber is 50% and 50% respectively.

[0033] In this embodiment, the above solution is also improved as follows: The thickness of the surface layer 1 is 0.20 mm, and the texture of the surface layer 1 is an interwoven braided structure, which optimizes the elasticity and strength of the thermal fabric.

[0034] The above-mentioned inner layer is composed of linear fleece 3, and the two ends of the fleece 3 are woven on the inner surface of the surface layer 1 to form a parabolic coil. The fleece 3 is formed by bundling cotton fibers and v...

Abstract

The invention discloses a moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric. The moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric comprises a surface layer and a lining layer, wherein the lining layer is woven on the inner surface of the surface layer; the surface layer consists of 46-48 percent of cotton fibers, 46-48 percent of viscose acetal fibers and 4-8 percent of spandex fibers in weight percentage in sequence; and the lining layer consists of 49-51 percent of cotton fibers and 49-51 percent of viscose acetal fibers in weight percentage in sequence. According to the scheme, the moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric only comprises two laminated structures, namely a surface layer structure and a lining layer structure and is very simple; particularly the surface layer is formed by blending the cotton fibers, the viscose acetal fibers and the spandex fibers according to the proportion and has favorable comprehensive performance and is low in cost; and the lining layer is of a structure comprising the cotton fibers and the viscose acetal fibers. The moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping fabric has the advantages of softness and comfortableness, moisture absorption and permeability, favorable warm-keeping effect, easiness for cleaning and the like.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the field of layered products characterized by heat preservation, and in particular relates to a moisture-absorbing and heat-retaining fabric. Background technique [0003] Along with the raising of people's quality of life, also more and more higher for the requirement of the thermal insulation fabric of making clothes, particularly the thermal insulation fabric of thermal underwear. [0004] In the Chinese patent literature, the publication number CN102774091 and the patent application document for the invention of a thermal fabric disclose a scheme, which includes an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. A down insulation layer is provided between the inner layer and the middle layer, and a mulberry silk thermal insulation layer is arranged between the inner layer and the middle layer. As an improvement, the middle layer is made of elastic fabric, and the inner layer is made of bamboo fiber. The advantage...
