The preparation method comprises the following steps of: pressurizing and heating the flame-retardant silicon rubber in a mould by using a vulcanization forming machine; and keeping the state that the forming pressure is 45-60 kilograms / cm<2> and the forming temperature is 120-130 DEG C for 10-30 minutes to vulcanize and form the flame-retardant silicon rubber so that the LED all-color transparent silica gel facepiece is prepared.
