Embodiment Construction

[0076] The processing step of the present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0077] (1) Image acquisition:

[0078] ICUS and CAG imaging are performed at the same time. The ICUS image sequence is acquired with an intravascular ultrasound imager and a non-cardiac gating method with continuous withdrawal of the ultrasound catheter, which can shorten the time for interventional examinations. Use a C-arm X-ray angiography machine to acquire a pair of approximately orthogonal CAG image sequences, requiring the angle between the two contrast angles to be between 60° and 120°, and record the imaging system parameters (contrast angle, X-ray source) distance to the imaging plane).

Abstract

The invention discloses a vascular four-dimensional reconstruction method in a NOT gate-controlled ICUS (intravascular ultrasound) image sequence. The method comprises the following steps: accurately positioning an ultrasonic catheter retracement path by utilizing a pair of approximate orthorhombic CAG (chronic atrophic gastritis) image sequences collected with an ICUS image synchronously; carrying out four-dimensional reconstruction on a morphological structure of a target vessel section containing possibly existing plaques through combining the cross section information of a vessel lomen extracted from the ICUS image; and reproducing true forms of coronary vessels at each time phase in a cardiac cycle. With the adoption of the vascular four-dimensional reconstruction method in the NOT gate-controlled ICUS image sequence, the four-dimensional reconstruction of the morphological structure of a coronary artery target vessel section containing the possibly existing plaques is realized, the true forms of the target vessel section at different time phases in the cardiac cycle can be comprehensively and truly reflected; and more reliable accordance can be provided for clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary arteriesarteriosclerosis osteolytic lesions and research of biomechanical characteristics of coronary artery vascular tissues and the like. The method does not need an ECG-gating acquisition device, and also does not need ECG signals, so that the interventional examination time is greatly shortened, and the requirements on the original image data are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for four-dimensional (three-dimensional + time) reconstruction of blood vessels from a non-gated intracoronary ultrasound (ICUS) image sequence. It belongs to the technical field of medical imaging. Background technique [0002] Intracoronary ultrasound (ICUS) is an interventional imaging method commonly used in clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic lesions. Due to the limitations of two-dimensional images, three-dimensional reconstruction of ICUS image data to show the overall view of blood vessels has good clinical significance and application in assisting the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, formulating interventional surgery planning, and realizing precise positioning of surgery. prospect. [0003] Coronary arteries are attached to the surface of the epicardium, and as the heart contracts and relaxes rhythmically, the shape, structure and spatial position of blood vessels will c...
