The fuel cell stack is encapsulated in a housing, and comprises a plurality of single cells connected in series and stacked; each cell comprises a membrane electrode, a hydrogen plate and an oxygen plate; the hydrogen plate and the oxygen plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the membrane electrode; an anode sealing plate tightly presses one end of the fuel cell stack; a cathode sealing plate tightly presses the other end of the fuel cell stack; a pipe inlet and a pipe outlet are formed in the housing; the pipe inlet is provided with a hydrogen input pipeline and an air input pipeline which are led to the fuel cell stack; hydrogen required by fuel cell stack reaction flows in from a hydrogen pipeline, and oxygen required flows in from an air pipeline; the pipe inlet is provided with a cooling tank led to the fuel cell stack, and a cooling water pipeline for providing cooling water for the fuel cell stack; and a hydrogen output pipeline, an air output pipeline and a cooling water drain pipeline, connected with the fuel cell stack, are connected to the exterior of the housing through a pipe outlet.
