The composition contains active ingredients of glyphosate or salts thereof, 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid or salts or esters thereof and fluroxypyr or salts or esters thereof at the same time. The weeding composition mainly comprises the following active ingredients in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of glyphosate or salts thereof, 2-20 parts of 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid or salts or esters thereof, 1-20 parts of fluroxypyr or salts or esters thereof and the balance of non-weeding composition ingredients. Ranges are preferably as follows: 30-60 parts of glyphosate or salts thereof, 2-16 parts of 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid or salts or esters thereof, 1-16 parts of fluroxypyr or salts or esters thereof and the balance of non-weeding composition ingredients. Better ranges are preferably as follows: 50-60 parts of glyphosate or salts thereof, 4-8 parts of 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid or salts or esters thereof, 3-6 parts of fluroxypyr or salts or esters thereof and the balance of non-weeding composition ingredients. The composition can be prepared into liquid, emulsion, microemulsion, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, effervescent tablets and effervescent granules, and is used for preventing and weeding annual and perennial weeds of uncultivated areas, eucalyptus forests and citrus reticulata blanco orchards.
