Abstract

The invention discloses a louvered tube-tape radiator which comprises radiating tapes and radiating tubes. The radiating tapes are wound on the radiating tubes in a corrugated manner. Each radiating tape is provided with a louver. The surface of each radiating tube is provided with a plurality of projections for disturbing flow. While thickness of the radiator changes, opening angle and pitch of the louvers gradually increase along the airflow direction. The section of each louver is streamlined. The radiating tapes and the radiating tubes are made of aluminum alloy or copper alloy and are welded together by brazing process. Heat exchange performance of the whole radiator can be improved, flow resistance can be lowered, and material economization, energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
