Embodiment Construction
[0023] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
[0024] see figure 1 , is a schematic diagram of a mis-shift protection system for an electric vehicle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. like figure 1 As shown, the mis-shift protection system of the electric vehicle at least includes: a battery pack 10, an inverter 20, a motor 30, an accelerator pedal 40, a brake pedal 50, a gear switch 60, a signal acquisition unit 70, and a motor controller 80 and speed sensor 90. Wherein, the battery pack 10 is used to provide DC power for the inverter 20 , and the inverter 20 generates an output current to drive the motor 30 after inversion. The signal acquisition unit 70 is used to collect the accelerator depth, brake depth and gear state data of the accelerator pedal 40 , brake ...

Abstract
The invention relates to a mis-shift protection system and method for an electric vehicle. The system comprises a battery pack, an inverter, a motor, a throttle pedal, a brake pedal, a stall switch, a signal acquisition unit, a motor controller and a speed sensor, wherein the motor controller judges whether the electric vehicle is in a mis-shift state according to the acquired gear state and current speed, if yes, the objective torque of the motor is given to be zero, and the inverter is driven to control the output torque of the motor to decay to zero, and if no, an objective torque is determined according to the acquired current throttle depth, braking depth and gear state, and the motor is controlled to adjust the output torque to the objective torque. According to the invention, whether the electric vehicle is in the mis-shift state is judged according to the acquired gear state and the current speed of the motor, if yes, the objective torque of the motor is given to be zero and the power of the motor is controlled to decay, and if no, the motor is controlled to run normally, so that sharp oscillation of the motor, caused by large output current fluctuation during a mis-shift, is effectively avoided and the driving safety of the vehicle is ensured.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, and more specifically, to a protection system and method for mis-shifting of electric vehicles. Background technique [0002] The development of internal combustion engine vehicles, especially automobiles, is one of the most significant achievements of modern industrial technology. Automobiles have made a significant contribution to the development of modern society in meeting people's daily mobility needs. However, the application of a large number of automobiles in the world has produced and is continuing to cause serious environmental and human survival problems. In the past ten years, in the field of research and development related to transportation, people have devoted themselves to the development of efficient, clean and safe means of transportation. Electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and fuel cell vehicles have been typically proposed as transportation means to replace conven...
