Abstract

The invention provides a liquid crystal display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and an electrode structure. The second substrate is corresponding to the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. The electrode structure is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate to form a horizontal electric field to drive the liquid crystal layer. The electrode structure includes a plurality of sub-electrodes, and each sub-electrode includes a first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern, and a first insulating layer. The second conductive pattern is in a mutual stacking arrangement with the first conductive pattern along the vertical projection direction of the first substrate and the second substrate. In the vertical projection direction, the area of the first conductive pattern is greater than the area of the second conductive pattern.
