The vibration device provided by the invention is easy to realize processing, fabricating, modularization and miniaturization due to having a simple structure, can improve circulation and update speed of an electrolyte solution in a processing gap reserved between a process electrode and a processing workpiece by micro-adjusting the processing gas in the electrochemical processing process, so as to eliminate electrolysis products generated in the processing gap in the electrochemical processing process, thereby improving the processing precision and the surface quality of electrochemical machining.
