The method is characterized in that alcoholic solution is adopted and used as a homogeneous catalyst to play a role in the reaction and catalyze the reaction, and the alcoholic solution is also used as a nucleophilic reagent to attack formate attached on the surface of the catalyst, in order to generate formic ether; simultaneously, the alcohol solution is used as a mobile phase for realizing the quick heating effect; the methanol synthetic reaction is a high exothermic reaction; the low temperature is beneficial for carrying out the methanol synthetic reaction toward the positive direction; in addition, the alcohol solution serving as a medium in mass transferring is used for dissolving a reaction product methanol and a byproduct water, and taking the methanol and the water away from the catalyst surface and a reactor, therefore, the reaction can be carried out smoothly; and the adopted alcohols can be methanol, ethanol, propanol, 2-propanol, butanol, a butanol isomer and the like.
