Abstract

The invention relates to a method for culturing seedlings of polygonatum kingianum rhizome. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of selecting hilly land with the temperature of not more than 10-15 DEG C, excavating a channel with the depth of 40-45cm and the width of 60cm at every 50cm from top to bottom transversely, placing anti-seepage geotechnical cloth which is folded to be provided with a groove of 15cm on the bottom of each channel, and placing soil mixed with farmyard manure on the upper layer of backfilled earth to form seedling culture land; selecting rhizome blocks of more than 5cm and with 2-3 buds, cutting the rhizome blocks with a disinfected and sterilized cutter, adhering the incisions of the cut blocks by utilizing a self-made biologic membrane, and planting the cut blocks in the seedling culture land after the cut blocks do not drop water for 10-20 minutes, wherein the line spacing of seedlings is 15-20cm; covering a sunshade net over the seedling culture land with the planted rhizome seedlings at the height of 1.5-2m; and watering once to twice at every three days, culturing the seedlings for 35-45 days, and transplanting the seedlings after the seedlings grow to 20cm.
