The invention discloses a neutral beam injection high voltage power supply output mechanical protection switch which comprises motors, a metal connecting rod, a metal shorting bar, relays, an epoxy board, an epoxy rod, a metal terminal strip, a positive and negative connecting wire metal terminal, wherein the metal connecting rod and the metal shorting bar are moving parts of the switch, and are connected with driving motors through the connection of the epoxy rod; the two independent driving motors control the opening and closing of the moving parts through insulating bars; and the control signals of the two motors are provided by the two independent relays. The short-circuiting and disconnection operations of a short-circuiting switch on the output end of a high voltage power supply are realized through the second motor, and the closing and disconnection operations of the short-circuiting switch on the output of the high voltage power supply and an electrical connection switch of a neutral beam injection system are realized through the first motor; the voltage class of the electrical isolation between the both achieves 100kV through the motors and the insulating bar of the moving parts of the switch; and two functions of electrical isolation switch and short-circuiting switch are combined integrally, so that the switch is convenient to control, and the efficiency of experiments and debugging is improved.
