Abstract

Provided is a vehicle-mounted intermediate-frequency generator set. An intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator is mounted on the end portion of a seam allowance flange plate of an air-cooled high-speed diesel engine through a flange plate. The air-cooled high-speed diesel engine is mounted on a generator set base and is in transmission connection with the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator through a spline flexible shaft. According to the vehicle-mounted intermediate-frequency generator set, the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator and the air-cooled high-speed diesel engine are assembled to form a whole so that a mechanical failure can be effectively avoided, the occupied area of the generator set is substantially reduced, and the size of the generator set is further reduced; a rotor of the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator is not provided with a winding and a rectifying element so that an electrical failure can be avoided; and an inverter is not needed for conversion and power supply, instead, the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator directly supplies power to the outside, and therefore high-quality power supply is guaranteed. The vehicle-mounted intermediate-frequency generator set is compact in structure, simple and convenient to operate, stable in performance, high in power supply quality, long in service life and suitable for all kinds of field engineering operation in various complex geographical environments with climate and temperature changes.
