Abstract

The invention provides an inferior heavy oil hydrotreating technique and catalyst gradation combination capable of enhancing utilization ratio of the catalyst, which contains two parallel up-flow deferrization decalcification reactors, an up-flow demetallization reactor, a fixed bed desulfurization reactor and a fixed bed denitrification reactor. By adopting a simple and flexible hydrotreating process and properly selecting an effective catalyst, the invention finally achieves the goals of enhancing the hydrogenation and impurity removal capacities of the catalyst and maximally prolonging the operation period of the device.
