The method includes: using parallax constraints to remove error match points, optimizing grating boundary points, checking mixed consistency, using epipolar constraints to further improve corresponding point precision, and accordingly full-time-resolution and full-spatial-resolution three-dimensional measuring of dynamic objects is achieved. By the method, phase unwrapping is unnecessary during three-dimensional reconstruction, corresponding points of source match points are obtained by using trifocal tensor constraints directly, and surface discontinuity of an to-be-measured object needs not to be considered. In the mean time, data processing speed is increased due to the fact that the phase unwrapping is unnecessary, and real-time monitoring requirements of deformable objects are satisfied.
