Problems solved by technology
For example, in the case of a low-melting resin such as EVA, the difference in its melting point from that of PP leads to deterioration of interlayer bonding strength (adhesion)
In addition, when the multilayer film passes through the roll R of the MD orientation device 7, the resin layer 4 may be scratched, resulting in deterioration of the appearance of the resulting product.
Furthermore, the resin layer 4 may stick to the roll R, making coextrusion difficult
[0011] For this reason, the method for laminating the functional resin layer 4 according to the related art requires an additional process such as coating or lamination (hot-melt), which requires relatively long time and high cost, and thus leads to a decrease in manufacturing cost. Increase

Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2
[0089] use as Figure 5 The apparatus shown is oriented in the machine direction via extrusion to form outer skin layer 10 / core layer 30 / inner skin layer 20, followed by cooling and an orientation ratio of 4 times. After machine direction orientation, an EVA layer as resin layer 40 was laminated on skin inner layer 20 by an in-line continuous extrusion process, followed by cooling and transverse orientation at an orientation ratio of 8 times. In this way, prepare as image 3 Alignment film with four-layer structure shown. Herein, the outer skin layer 10 and the core layer 30 are PP layers, and the inner skin layer 20 is a PE layer (Example 1). In Example 2, paper was thermally laminated to the EVA layer.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer oriented polyolefin film and to the multilayer oriented polyolefin film obtained thereby. In this method, machine direction orientation after extrusion is followed by additional extrusion which allows lamination of resin layers so that even low-melting point resins can be laminated via continuous extrusion . Therefore, the method is a simple process, thereby reducing time and cost.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer oriented polyolefin film and the multilayer oriented polyolefin film produced thereby. Background technique [0002] In general, multilayer oriented polyolefin films, such as polypropylene (PP) films or polyethylene (PE) films, have been widely used in packaging materials or laminated coatings (laminates). In addition to PP films and PE films, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films have been used. However, PVC film may emit harmful substances, such as carbon dioxide when incinerated. British, while PET film may not be cost-effective and difficult to recycle. [0003] Consequently, multilayer oriented polyolefin films, especially multilayer biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films, which are advantageous in terms of cost effectiveness and recycling, have been used more frequently. Such BOPP films are advantageous in terms of cost-effectiveness...
