Embodiment 1

[0017] A method for producing alcohol from rice straw, the steps are:

[0018] 1) Soak the chopped rice straw in an alkali solution with a concentration of 3% by weight for 2 days, and the weight ratio of the rice straw to the alkali aqueous solution is 1:8;

[0019] 2) Separate the alkalized straw, add 35KU / g of cellulase and water 8 times the weight of the straw, and enzymolyze it at 35°C for 3 days;

[0020] 3) Add the enzymatically hydrolyzed rice straw to distiller's yeast with 0.6% weight of rice straw, and seal and ferment at 28°C for 4 days;

[0021] 4) The fermented material is continuously distilled at a temperature of 90°C to obtain the finished alcohol.

Embodiment 2

[0023] A method for producing alcohol from rice straw, the steps are:

[0024] 1) Soak the chopped straw in an alkaline solution with a concentration of 1% by weight for 3 days, and the weight ratio of the straw to the aqueous alkaline solution is 1:10;

[0025] 2) Separate the alkalized straw, add 50KU / g of cellulase and water 5 times the weight of the straw, and enzymolyze it at 30°C for 4 days;

[0026] 3) Add the enzymatically hydrolyzed straw to distiller's yeast with 0.7% of the weight of the straw, and seal and ferment at 25°C for 5 days;

[0027] 4) The fermented material is continuously distilled at a temperature of 80°C to obtain the finished alcohol.

Embodiment 3

[0029] A method for producing alcohol from rice straw, the steps are:

[0030] 1) Soak the chopped straw in an alkali solution with a concentration of 5% by weight for 1 day, and the weight ratio of the straw to the alkali solution is 1:1;

[0031] 2) Separate the alkalized straw, add 20KU / g of cellulase and water 10 times the weight of the straw, and enzymolyze it at 40°C for 2 days;

[0032] 3) Add the enzymatically hydrolyzed rice straw to distiller's yeast with 0.5% weight of rice straw, and seal and ferment at 32°C for 3 days;

[0033] 4) The fermented material is continuously distilled at a temperature of 100°C to obtain the finished alcohol.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing alcohol by using straw. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) firstly, soaking chopped straw by using an 1-5% alkaline solution for 1-3 days, wherein the weight ratio of the straw to the alkaline solution is 1: (1-10); (2) separating the alkalized straw, adding 20-50U / g of cellulase and water, and carrying out enzymolysis at the temperature of 30-50 DEG C for 2-4 days, wherein the weight of the water is 5-10 times that of the straw; (3) adding a distiller yeast into the straw subjected to enzymolysis, and fermenting the straw in a sealing way at the temperature of 25-32 DEG C for 3-5 days, wherein the weight of the distiller yeast is 0.5-0.7% that of the straw; and (4) continuously distilling the fermented material at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C to obtain the finished product of the alcohol. The method for producing the alcohol by using the straw is used for producing the alcohol with low cost through alkalization treatment and a biotechnology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biochemistry, and in particular relates to a method for producing alcohol from rice straw. Background technique [0002] Straw is the rice stalk left after the rice is beaten out of the rice. It is generally used to keep plants warm, or directly burned, which pollutes the environment and causes waste, which cannot fully reflect the application value of straw. [0003] As one of the fuels, alcohol is widely used in alcohol lamps and alcohol stoves that are often used in medical institutions. After being ignited, it is used to prepare test reagents or heat pharmaceutical preparations, and its flame can also be used to temporarily sterilize small medical devices. At present, the raw materials for alcohol production are potatoes and grains, and alcohol can be obtained through fermentation and distillation. However, my country's grain resources are limited, and large-scale production of alcohol will cause a s...
