The measuring method provided by the invention acquires attitude data of a tunnel boring machine in a tunneling state, obtains information of three angles of the tunnel boring machine by mutually compensatory amendment of a gyroscope and an inclinometer, and simultaneously measures the tunneling position and distance of the tunnel boring machine by a second accelerometer and a travel displacement sensor.
