On the basis of a high-precision ultrasonic distance measuring module, a high-speed microprocessor, a document management chip, a high-speed NANDFlash storage chip, a GPS positioning module, a solar cell panel, a GSM communication module and a lithium battery charging and discharging management module are embedded in the recorder used for unattended liquid level data collecting in a super-long period in the field. The recorder can be conveniently placed on any position in the field, and is immediately in a liquid level collecting state when powered up. The ultrasonic distance measuring module sends liquid level data to the microprocessor at the sampling rate of 1 hertz per second in real time. Meanwhile, the document management chip is started so as to write the real-time liquid level data into the high-speed Flash storage chip. According to GPS timing time, a liquid level event document is automatically generated. Besides, the data can be sent to a specific mobile phone through the GSM module.
