The generator set and the first-stage static changeover switch form a first-stage backup power supply. A selective switch, the storage battery pack, a first-stage circuit breaker, the rectifier, the inverter, a second-stage circuit breaker and the second-stage static changeover switch form a second-stage backup power supply. An intelligent control system is adopted as the control system, a high-speed CAN bus monitoring system is adopted, and a load power, power factor and environment air temperature real-time detecting device is arranged. The switching between the first-stage backup power supply and the second-stage backup power supply is controlled. Host and backup circuits and switching conditions can be automatically and reasonably selected; uninterrupted electricity maintenance for large power loads is achieved through a small-capacity storage battery inversion device, and the conflict between the vehicle-mounting difficulty of a large-capacity conventional UPS power supply system and the large-power tendency of electricity maintenance requirement is remarkably eliminated.
