Abstract

The invention relates to an active visual humidity detecting system based on a nano friction generator. The active visual humidity detecting system comprises the nano friction generator, a control circuit and a display unit, wherein an upper electrode plate and a lower electrode plate of the nano friction generator are connected with the control circuit and the display unit by virtue of wires. The active visual humidity detecting system utilizes the characteristic that the output characteristic of the nano friction generator changes while ambient humidity changes, a changed electric signal is acquired by virtue of the control circuit, and the real-time visual display of humidity value is carried out by virtue of the display unit. Therefore, the active visual humidity detecting system based on the nano friction generator can realize self energizing and ambient humidity detection by virtue of the nano friction generator, is simple in structure and low in cost, can be produced in batch, does not need external energy supply and has broad application prospect in the field of the Internet of things.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of self-powered microsystems, in particular to an active visual humidity detection system based on a nano friction generator. Background technique [0002] Since the concept of the Internet of Things was first proposed in the 1990s, after more than 20 years of development, the Internet of Things has become a new driving force for the development of human society, playing an important role in various fields such as society, economy, technology and military. The construction of the Internet of Things in my country is slightly later than that of foreign countries, but since the slogan of "perceiving China" was sung in 2009, China's Internet of Things has ushered in a golden stage of development, and by 2012, the market size of my country's Internet of Things industry reached 365 billion yuan. An increase of 38.6% over 2011. But behind this huge market, there are still various problems that limit the rapid development of ...
