The invention provides a refining apparatus of a pressure casting aluminium product. The refining apparatus comprises a melting furnace and a closed holding furnace; a height adjustable stirring shaft and stirring blades arranged on the stirring shaft are arranged above the melting furnace; a through hole used for delivering inert gas is arranged in the stirring shaft; the melting furnace is connected to the closed holding furnace by a feed delivery pipe; the closed holding furnace is provided with bleeder pipe; the refining apparatus also comprises a vacuum pump; and the closed holding furnace is connected to the vacuum pump by a vacuum pipeline. The invention also provides a refining technology of the pressure casting aluminium product. The refining technology is capable of avoiding secondary hydrogen adsorption and oxidation of refined molten aluminum in delivery process, reducing pores and impurities of the pressure casting aluminium product, and improving the quality of the pressure casting aluminium product greatly in the whole delivery process comprising melting of aluminum ingots, hydrogen removing treatment and heat preservation process.
