Abstract

The device comprises an oil tank, an oil supply motor pump set, an air cooling circulating pump and three oil cylinder sets. The oil supply motor pump set comprises an oil supply motor pump, an oil supply filter and an oil supply overflow valve. An oil pumping opening of the oil supply motor pump is connected to a system oil supply pipe through the oil supply filter and is connected to the oil tank through the oil supply overflow valve. The system oil supply pipe is connected with at least one energy storage device. Oil cylinders in a first oil cylinder set and a second oil cylinder set are respectively provided with a reversing valve. Oil cylinders of a third oil cylinder set are respectively provided with a servo valve. Working openings of the reversing valves and working openings of the servo valves are connected working cavities of the oil cylinders which the valves belong to. Oil returning openings of the reversing valves and oil returning openings of the servo valves are connected to the oil tank. Pressure oil openings of the oil cylinders are connected to the system oil supply pipe. The device is suitable for mounting of an offshore wind power plant.
