The device is arranged between an ultrasonic probe and an upper computer, and comprises a front-end signal conditioning circuit, an analog-to-digital converter, a field programmable gate array, a mass data memory and a USB3.0 bridge chip. The field programmable gate array is used for controlling the ultrasonic probe to transmit ultrasonic signals, acquiring and processing echo signals subjected to analog-to-digital conversion, temporarily storing the echo signals in the mass data memory, reading the echo signals from the mass data memory and transmitting the echo signals to the USB3.0 bridge chip. The USB3.0 bridge chip is used for receiving the echo signals and transmitting the echo signals to the upper computer.
