Abstract

The invention provides a wood fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing agent and a process of producing fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing wood by using the same, and belongs to the field of organic chemistry and wood processing processes. The wood fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing agent is composed by mixing, by weight percentage, 50-70% of BPW, 15-30% of diammonium phosphate, 10-30% of boric acid and 1-5% of ammonium molybdate. The fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing wood is produced in the following steps that wood is dried to constant weight and placed in fire-retarding liquid to conduct vacuum pressurization and immersion treatment, and the fire-retarding wood is taken out and dried so as to obtain the fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing wood. The fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing agent uses the BPW, the diammonium phosphate and the boric acid as main materials. The fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing agent produced by mixing the raw materials has good fire-retarding, corrosion-preventing and smoke suppressing performance, is good in stability, has no toxin, is odourless and capable of being widely applied to the field of chemical engineering, building and the like, enables the wood to be impregnated easily, allows the processed wood to have good fire-retarding and corrosion-preventing performance, and expands the usable range of the wood.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of organic chemistry and wood treatment technology, and relates to a flame-retardant, anti-corrosion and smoke-suppressing wood flame retardant and a process for treating solid wood by using the same. Background technique [0002] The environmental protection of wood has attracted wide attention in its application, but its use is limited due to its flammability and easy corrosion. The research on wood flame retardants has attracted widespread attention, but there are not many types that can be put into practical application at present. With the increasing requirements for wood flame retardants, our research on flame retardants has begun to focus on comprehensive research on the effects of flame retardants such as flame retardancy, smoke suppression, anti-corrosion, and insect protection. At the same time, due to the more stringent requirements for flame retardants in relevant regulations, this also requires more inve...
