According to the method, root irrigation pipes provided with cutting wood and grooves in two sides are selected as drain pipes; and the selected root irrigation pipes are buried in a farmland at an 80 cm interval, a 2.2-3.3 permillage slope and a 60-80 cm depth, serve as underground capillary drainage type buried pipes, and are communicated perpendicularly with agricultural drainage open channels, so that farmland irrigation water drains salt accumulated in the farmland soil into an agricultural draining system, and fast salt washing and water draining are achieved. Experiments prove that the capillary drainage type buried pipes adopted in the method are good in drainage effect and long in service life.
