Abstract

The negative pressure steam heating apparatus comprises a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, wherein the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger form enclosed space together. High pressure steam flowing through the shell of the first heat exchanger and having a first temperature exchanges heat with a first fluid flowing through a heat exchange tube of the first heat exchanger so as to produce negative pressure steam with a second temperature; the shell of the second heat exchanger receives the negative pressure steam which exchanges heat with a concentrate flowing through a heat exchange tube of the second heat exchanger, and the concentrate absorbs heat to heat a material solute to a third temperature; and the negative pressure steam in the shell of the second heat exchanger releases heat energy and is then converted into the first fluid which flows back to the first heat exchanger. According to the invention, through two heat exchange procedures of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, the material solute is mildly heated to a preset temperature, so situations like oxidation, deterioration and material loss of the material solute in the process of heating are avoided.
