Embodiment 1

[0017] (1) Take 50.0 g of crushed dry Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body, extract with ethyl acetate to remove fat, put it into an ultrasonic extraction kettle, add 50 g of a mixed solvent of water and glycerin (the mass ratio of water and glycerin is 5: 1) Extract at 130 °C and 50 KHz ultrasound for 15 h, cool down to room temperature, filter, and collect the filtrate; continue to add the filter residue to the above mixed solvent, and repeat the extraction twice under the same conditions; combine the filtrates obtained from the three times.

[0018] (2) The above filtrate was concentrated by ultrafiltration to obtain 20 g of aqueous glycerol solution with a mass content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide of 9.19%.

Embodiment 2

Abstract

Belonging to the technical field of natural polymers, the invention discloses an extraction method for ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide. The extraction method for ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide comprises the steps of: removing fat from ganoderma lucidum fruit body dry powder, adding the ganoderma lucidum fruit body dry powder into an extracting agent composed of water and glycerin to perform extraction, then carrying out filtration, and collecting the filtrate; re-extracting the filter residue by the extracting agent several times, carrying out filtration, and collecting the filtrate; combining the filtrate, and dissolving ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide in the obtained filtrate; then further performing ultrafiltration concentration to obtain a ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide solution; or conducting ultrafiltration to remove part of glycerin or water, thus obtaining a glycerin-containing ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide water solution. The glycerin-containing ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide water solution can be used as a functional additive of cosmetics or masks. The method provided by the invention makes use of the hydroxyl in the glycerin and polysaccharide to form strong hydrogen-bond interaction, is in favor of dissolution of polysaccharide, and enhances the extraction efficiency. Also the used extracting agent is safe, and environmental pollution caused by chloroform, methanol and other organic solvents or acid-base employed by traditional methods can be avoided.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of natural polymers and relates to a method for extracting ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. Background technique [0003] Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is a natural polymer compound extracted from Ganoderma lucidum spore powder or fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum, and its molecular weight ranges from thousands to hundreds of thousands. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide has the functions of anti-tumor, enhancing immunity and moisturizing. [0004] The traditional extraction methods of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides mainly use hot water extraction, acid extraction, alkali extraction and so on. Although acid or alkali extraction can improve the extraction rate, it requires high equipment and easily destroys the structure of polysaccharides, and there are also environmental pollution problems. The traditional hot water extraction method takes a long time, consumes a lot of energy, and has a l...
